When did you start as St Andrew’s?

I started in the Nursery, I felt a little bit small and the building and my teachers seemed really big.

What is your earliest memory?

I remember snuggling up on the cushions for a little nap in Nursery after a really busy morning playing and I remember our fun splash lessons in the swimming pool. We started our lesson by seeing who could jump to the other side of the pool. I could jump across the two black lanes. In Reception I remember the beautiful fairy garden and we loved playing in our outdoor classroom.

What do you look forward to each day?

I look forward to seeing my teachers and my friends as well as swimming and art.

How have your friends played a part?

They help me by looking forward to coming to School to see them and playing games at break time. I like working in groups or partners with them in class. I have made such good friends that some of us go horse-riding after School together and have even done competitions together. Even after spending a day together at school we can face-time each other when we get home and carry on chatting.

What new skills have you developed?

I have learnt to read, write, paint and maths. Number work is my favorite. We look for patterns and switchers and play loop games and the cool cowboy number games.

Do you have an ambition for the future?

I want to be a vet and a teacher.

What do you love about St Andrew’s Prep?

I love the teachers most and seeing my friends.
