National Athletics Final

On Monday St Andrew’s had an incredibly successful day at the National Athletics final!

The day started with High Jump, Max securing 4th place and Delilah  achieving 2nd with a height of 1.45cm!

In the track events, Oscar ran the 1500m breaking his personal best and coming 8th. Ella ran in the 200m, achieving 4th. Nathan won his 200m heat with a new school record time, he then ran the 100m final which he won with a new National and school record time! (The previous record has stood since 1978)

The girls relay team (Ella, Delilah, Mila and Eloise) and the boys relay team (Nathan, Oscar, Tom and Lefteris) both came 7th

The day finished with Nathan being presented with a Corden Cup for best male athlete of the day!
