INDIVIDUAL NEEDS LEARNING ASSISTANT WITHIN NURSERY

(Fixed-term from January 2019 to end of Summer Term)

St Andrew’s Prep is looking for an assistant to work with and support a pupil with specific needs on a one-to-one basis within the nursery.  The Lodge Nursery at St Andrew’s Prep School has an outstanding Ofsted report and provides a stimulating, caring and secure environment where children aged 9 months to 4 years can build a lifelong love of learning.

This is a part-time position, 8.00am to 1.00pm Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, term time only.

The successful candidate must be NNEB or Level 3 in childcare or Diploma in Early Years with experience of individual needs.

RESIDENTIAL MATRON (FIXED TERM)

Fixed-term from January 2019 to end of Summer Term

St Andrew’s Prep is seeking a residential matron to ensure the safety, health, happiness and well-being of all boarding children as part of the pastoral team. An essential part of the job is communication with house staff, teaching staff, tutors, kitchen staff etc. over any matters relevant to them or their care of the children. 

Applicants must be non-smokers and have experience in nursing, first aid or administering medicines.

Accommodation is provided within the boarding house to enable the successful applicant to fulfil the job role effectively.
