#Take10toRead Challenge

We’re delighted that our Middles and Seniors (Years 5–8) have joined the TheTimes’ Get Britain Reading campaign. Our pupils have pledged to read for 10 minutes a day from Monday for the next six weeks – but the campaign isn’t just aimed at children – parents, please do join in! Reading for pleasure is brilliant for mental health and wellbeing, and the campaign is backed by literary legends including Michael Morpurgo, JK Rowling and Jacqueline Wilson as well as Robert Harris, Ian McEwan and Anne Fine. Ten minutes a day, curled up with a good book, can make a real difference.
