All Aboard for a Nautical Musical
It is the late 1700s and the crew of HMS Endeavour are sailing the high sails under the command of Captain James Cook. Their voyage takes them to Australia and the two poles where they meet kangeroos, penquins and polar bears. There are disputes among the crew, but these are usually sorted out with a good fight followed by a mugful of grog. Meanwhile, Mrs Cook waits anxiously at home for news of her husband…
It was anchors aweigh for the Year 3 and 4 production of All Aboard as they pushed the boat out for a feast of acting and singing. The Richardson was packed to the gunwales with a very merry crew of parents who had enjoyed some grog just before the performance but fortunately no-one was three sheets to the wind.
All in all a very enjoyable evening and definitely no panic stations in this performance.
