Antibullying Week
As part of the school’s PSHE programme, St Andrew’s welcomed Firehouse Theatre Productions to give a thoughtful lesson on the hurt caused by bullying.
One of the Year 6 girls said, ‘I thought that “The B Word” was great. It sent the message across really clearly. Also it was about moving to a new school and how hard it is when you are new. The B in the title stands for bullying. It said that no one deserves to be bullied or cyber-bullied. Years 1 to 6 watched it and it had something for each year. All of us liked it.’.
