Autumn Term: Week 5
Although the majority of our boarders spent the exeat weekend with either their families or guardians, there were a few who spent the weekend in Colstocks to take advantage of our in-school exeat provision. The boarders who stayed were treated to coastal walks, ten-pin bowling, supper at Pizza Hut and an afternoon of kayaking and sailing at Buzz Active. All of the boarders had a wonderful time and I would like to thank Mr Ghammache and Miss Lozano who supervised them throughout the weekend.
The other boarders enjoyed time with the families or guardians after a busy first few weeks of term and all returned on Sunday revitalised and ready to navigate the final three weeks of this half term.
This week is shaping up to be a busy one. On Saturday Mr Bagnall will be opening up the DTi room for the boarders before they enjoy their weekly movie night and treats, and on Sunday Miss Lozano returns for another duty day, this time taking the children paintballing.
Congratulations to Adlai-Bonito Adusei, this week’s recipient of Tommo’s Trophy, for always being upbeat and happy and for having impeccable manners.
