Piper family raise £1,030 for trust fund

This summer and for the sixth year, the Piper family opened up their home to run a cafe for charity. This year, they sold homemade pizzas, quiches, toasties, sandwiches and cream teas to raise money for the Ben McNicol Trust Fund. Six year old Ben died earlier this year; he had been a friend of the children and had attended the Lodge Nursery. Ben’s brother , Tom, helped with the cafe which raised £1,030 for the charity.
